Mujō’s intention is to create products with  integrity, endorsing a less - is  - more approach. The products and formulations are not tested on animals, and are made in the UK without unnecessary or harmful ingredients, which can be traced back to source. The suppliers are chosen for their clear proactive approach to sustainability. The ingredients are chosen for their ingredient dual - functionality. This means that ingredients are not only chosen for their inherent functionality but for their  environmental conscience too.

Ethical sustainability is an essential ingredient in the creation of Mujō’s products. Mujō’s collection comes presented in amber and black glass apothecary bottles, offering UV protection, and all packaging is made or sourced using  sustainable materials.

DELIVERY + RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your Mujō purchase, however, if you change your mind about the purchase, it is possible to offer you an exchange or full refund, provided that the item(s) are returned, unused and with the original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. (Please see Exceptions and non returnable items below

The returned item must be unopened and in it’s original saleable condition.

When returning item(s) it is your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit. Goods that have been opened, tampered with or used will not be eligible for a refund. Please send your order back in the box it was shipped in. Please obtain proof of postage.

Only products purchased on the Mujō website can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Mujō to process any refund or exchange. To start a return, you can contact mujowellbeing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you’ll be sent  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Mujō. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges when sending products back to Mujō.

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and  will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, returns on skincare items and teas  cannot be accepted.

Returns on sale items are not accepted.

DAMAGES

Mujō is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

By purchasing products from Mujō, you are actively taking full responsibility for the use of the products.

The  products may contain various carrier oils from natural nuts, seeds and fruits alongside highly potent essential oils.

If you or the individual you are purchasing for, have any allergies, skin conditions, health implications etc. please read the ingredient list before use.

It is recommended to carry out a patch test prior to use of Mujō’s products, to ensure there is no reaction, and to discontinue use if irritation occurs. If sensitivity occurs in relation to any of the naturally derived products, discontinue use immediately.

Products and advice by Mujō make no claim to cure or prevent any disease, or medical problem, and are not intended to substitute other therapy or medical advice.

In the case of pregnancy/breast feeding please consult with your health care professional.

Mujō accepts no liability in the unlikely event of an adverse reaction occurring, when using one or more of it’s products.

As with any products, please remember to carry out a skin compatibility test before use.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Mujō will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch an order within 3 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you. Goods are sent via flat rate shipping, due to simplification of the shipping process. Currently Mujō ships within the UK, though please get in touch if you live outside the UK, for further details of postage. Free tracked shipping is automatically applied to UK orders over £100
