These Terms of Trade apply to you, an individual who is not acting as a commercial entity, for the purchase of the Products on the mujowellbeing.co.uk website. Both you and Mujō agree that these Terms of Trade will, together with the order, as accepted by Mujō, the Terms of use and the Privacy Policy, constitute the whole agreement between you and Mujō.
Please read these Terms of Trade carefully as they contain important information, including information on our warranties and limitations of our liability. By placing an order through our website you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Trade.
Changes to the terms of trade
Mujō has the right to change our Terms of Trade from time to time to comply with law or to meet our changing business requirements and circumstances. Any amendments to the Terms of Trade will apply to any order registered after the amended Terms of Trade come into effect and are posted on the www.mujowellbeing.co.uk website.
Definitions + applications
In these Terms of Trade, ‘Mujō’ means MujoWellbeing, trading as Mujō, ‘you’ and ‘your’ means you, the individual who is ordering the Products, the ‘Products’ meaning our Mujō products which may be ordered on our website and the ‘Product Subtotal’ means the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on our website at the time of submitting the order.
Geographic area
The online sale of the Products offered on the website is intended to individuals who are residing in all locations that it is possible for us to delver to. We will always make our utmost effort to fulfill a delivery to a location and on time, however if this is impossible we will make contact straight away to arrange an alternate delivery or refund the order.
Products
The Products covered by these Terms of Trade are all those presented on our website, subject to availability.
We will use our best efforts to ensure that any photograph of any of our Products presented on our website is as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that the representation of the Products as produced by your computer screen may differ from the exact Product or exact packaging.
Shipping fee
Shipping fees are calculated on weight and location. Currently we can only ship within the UK. Please get in touch if you live outside the UK for further details of postage.
Delivery
Mujō will use reasonable endevours to dispatch an order within 3 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.
Orders
To submit an order for Products you must:
complete and submit the online order through our website by adding a product to your
digital basket on our site.
enter all required information for delivery and also for billing including relevant card
details.
Mujō reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, providing you with the reasons for such refusal, and refund to you any payment in full.
Once we have accepted your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you at which point these Terms of Trade will become binding on you and on Mujō .The status of your order will be emailed to you, if you have any questions regarding your order please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any issues.
Prices + payment
All prices on the website are in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Any change in the VAT rate may be applied to the Products. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to any order is the price indicated on the www.mujowellbeing.co.uk website at the time of submitting the order.
The amount payable to Mujō for an order will be the total of the following amounts:
the Product Subtotal;
the cost of delivery as stated above
You must pay the order amount by either Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit or any other accepted cards at the time of submitting the order. Payments will be made through a secure payment system which is encrypted to protect all information, no third parties or ourselves will have access to your payment information.
Liability
Mujō is only responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a natural and foreseeable consequence of basho breaching its obligations under these Terms of Trade, but we are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, such as for damages resulting from the your use of the Internet including the loss of data, any intrusion, virus, service disruption or other unintended issues.
Mujō reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to take any of the following measures if you fail to make a payment in accordance with these Terms of Trade:
withhold the supply of and dispose of the Products requested in the order, and/or
refuse to deal further with you, and basho will not be liable to you for any loss or damage
directly or indirectly resulting from any such action.
You have sole responsibility for determining the suitability of the Products for the
purposes for which you intend to use them.
The Products are supplied for domestic and private use only. Mujo shall not be liable for
any losses relating to any business of yours, for example, lost revenue, income or profits,
lost data or any interruption to your business.
You must follow any instructions we give you in relation to the safe use or storage of the
Products. We will not be responsible for any damage to the Products which is caused by
your failure to follow these instructions.
There are certain responsibilities which we cannot exclude by law and nothing in these
Terms of Trade limits any liability of Mujō to you for death or personal injury resulting from
negligence. Subject to the following “Warranty” clause, and to the fullest extent permitted
by law, the liability of Mujo for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of Mujo
breaching its obligations under these Terms of Trade or other duty is limited to a refund or
replacement of the relevant Products.

Information provided by you for the order of the Products will be automatically processed by Mujō and no third parties. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further information on the processing of your personal data.
SHIPPING + RETURNS
Shipping information
Mujō will use reasonable endevours to dispatch an order within 3 working days (Monday- Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.
Shipping fees are calculated on weight and location. Currently Mujō can only ship within the UK, though please get in touch if you live outside the UK, for further details of postage.
Free tracked shipping is automatically applied to UK orders over £85.There may, at times, be factors outside of our control that may result in delivery delays. Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date or time we welcome you to get in touch prior to placing an order at mujowellbeing@gmail.com
Delivery and Returns
I hope you are happy with your Mujō purchase, however, if you change your mind about the purchase, it is possible to offer you an exchange or full refund, provided that the item(s) are returned, unused and with the original packaging, within 14 days of purchase.
The returned item must be unopened and in it’s original saleable condition.
When returning item(s) it is your responsibility until they reach us.We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit. Goods that have been opened, tampered with or used will not be eligiable for a refund. Please send your order back in the box it was shipped in. Please obtain proof of postage.
Only products purchased on the Mujo website can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Items purchased in a department store, speciality retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Mujō to process any refund or exchange. To start a return, you can contact mujowellbeing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you’ll be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Mujō. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges when sending products back to Mujō.
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, returns on skincare items and teas cannot be accepted.
Returns on sale items are not accepted.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and make contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Mujō is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the return of the products is not because of a product defect or an error committed by us, you will have to pay th shipping charges for the return of the products.
PRODUCT SAFETY, PERSONAL LIABILITY + LEGAL DISCLAIMER.
By purchasing products from Mujō, you are actively taking full responsibility for the use of the products.
The products may contain various carrier oils from natural nuts, seeds and fruits alongside highly potent essential oils.
If you or the individual you are purchasing for, have any allergies, skin conditions, health implications etc. please read the ingredient list before use.
It is recommended to carry out a patch test prior to use of Mujō’s products, to ensure there are no reactions, and to discontinue use if irritation occurs. If sensitivity occurs in relation to any of the naturally derived products, discontinue use immediately.
Products and advice by Mujō make no claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical problem and are not intended to substitute other therapy or medical advice.
In the case of pregnancy/breast feeding please consult with your health care professional.
Mujō accepts no liability in the unlikely event of an adverse reaction occurring when using one or more of it’s products.
As with any skin care products, please remember to carry out a skin compatibility test before use.
