WINTER WELLNESS
Nourishing recipes to keep you healthy when it is cold -
4 tbs dried Hibiscus flowers
2 Cinnamon sticks
4 Star Anise
1 tbs Cardamom pods, crushed
1 tsp Cloves
2 Clementines
1 litre boiled water
1-2 tbs honey or maple syrup
Place Hibiscus flowers in a pan with all the spices. Squeeze in the juice from one Clementine and slice the other Clementine. Add juice and Clementine slices to the mixture, then pour in the measured boiling water - gently simmer for 15 minutes. Sweeten with honey/syrup to taste. Ladle into glasses, serving warm.
