Ingredients
Sugar beet alcohol, Aqua, Althea officinalis fol (Marshmallow root), Thymus vulgaris (Thyme Herb), Verbascum thapsus fol (Mullien), Zingiber officinalis (Ginger root), Rubus ideas (Raspberry leaf).
How to use
Adults: Take 5 ml in a little water or juice, followed by a glass of water, up to 3 times a day, unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. If you wish to avoid alcohol, put a teaspoonful of the blend into half a cup of hot water from the kettle and wait for five minutes. The hot water will evaporate off much of the alcohol. Do not exceed the stated dose.
